Driver Responsibilities:

- All drivers must be 25 years or older and possess a valid driver’s licence. -The Renter is responsible for the cost of all fuels, such as gas, oil and propane, during the rental period and must ensure that all levels are topped up before returning the machine, or you will be charged for refilling both the gas and propane.
-Sewer tanks must be emptied upon return or a surcharge of $50.00 will apply.
-Machine must be as clean or cleaner upon return both on the inside and well as the outside. Cleaning charges start at $30.00. Hourly rate is $25.00 per hour.
-All of our units are non smoking. Please do not smoke as there will be an additional charge of $100.00. Pets are not permitted in the units. There will be a minimum fee of $100.00 should evidence of pets are found upon return of the unit.

Driver Insurance:

-Residents of British Columbia are required to either purchase ICBC Rental Insurance or have the Roadstar package on your current insurance. Proof is required for insurance.
-Non-Residents are required to pay $15.00 per day for the driving of the machine. In addition you will be required to leave a refundable deposit of $1,000.00 either in cash or visa. This deposit is in case of an accident. In the event that you should have an accident it will cost you the cost of the damages done to all vehicles or $2,500.00 whichever is less.
-ALL UNITS MUST HAVE PROOF OF INSURANCE

Maintenance Responsibilities:

-The renter is responsible for checking coolant and engine oil levels at each refuelling.
-The renter is responsible for reporting mechanical failures immediately.
-The Renter should retain parts and receipts for items replaced by a repair shop in order to be refunded.
-The Renter will get authorization for any repair over $100.00. Repairs to radios, cruise control and air-conditioning will not be reimbursed.
-The Renter may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence or abuse in operation and performing normal maintenance.

Damage Deposit / Reservations:

-A damage/reservation deposit of $500 will be required on all machines.
-Reservations will be held only with a deposit of no less than $500.00.
-Renter’s must present a valid credit card before the vehicle may depart from the Rental Station.
-We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if not paid in full, one month prior to departure.
-Renter may cancel at any time up to 30 days prior to departure for $250.00. For reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to departure for $750.00. Full payment is due when the booking is cancelled within 7 days of departure.

Kilometre Charges:

-All of out rental units come with a certain amount of free kilometres depending on whether it is a day , week or month rental.
-After the free kilometres are used up there will be a charge of $0.30 per kilometre.
-Sorry there are no refunds for early returns or unused kilometres.

Northern Travel:

-A $600.00 surcharge for travel on these highways:

• Alaska Highway north of Fort St. John, BC.
• Cassiar Highway #37 north or Kitwanga, BC.
• Highway 35 north of Peace River Alberta

Vehicles for northern travel must be expressly requested and confirmed at the time of reservation. Customers who travel to these areas without permission will be subject to a $900.00 penalty and will void all insurance coverage.

Extras for Rent:

-Our rental prices do not include such things as bedding, lawn chairs, TV/video machine. However, these items can be rented separately for a small fee as per the following:

General Information:

- All prices on this site include all taxes.
- We provide free storage of luggage, airline tickets and other valuables at owners risk.
- Customer parking facilities are available for you to leave your car during your vacation.
- All renters will be given a full orientation on the operation and maintenance of the motorhome.
- Reservations are limited to one week or longer bookings. Weekends or day trips are not guaranteed.
- All machines are in good mechanical shape. Our staff keeps all the machines in their best running condition. each machine is cleaned and serviced as needed.
- NO PETS!! (by special permission only)
- Driving a motorhome on the beach is not permissible. Logging roads and other non-public roads may not be used.
- We have the right to include other restrictions as deemed appropriate at the time of pickup.
- We offer free pick up to and from the Prince George Airport. Drop off and Pick up of the rental unit to your residence is available within a two hour driving distance of Prince George for a minimum fee.
